PDS have now invested in upgrading our machine shop by purchasing a new AJAX ACE MCV 450 Vertical Machining Centre. These machines are ideal for producing commercial, competitive and accurately engineered products in low and high volume batches. Complimenting the existing machines, our machining processes can now be achieved at high speed with reliable repeatability and quality strengthening our capabilities and providing us with increased capacity.

The purchase of OneCNC Software to support our machines provides a wide range of capabilities in 3 axis machining from manual tool-path creation and editing to fully automated Hole Feature Based Machining. The programming flexibility extends to a comprehensive range of roughing and finishing options that can be applied to any type of geometry.
As all of our machines are linked directly to our OneCNC Software, we can turn work around rapidly - both production and prototype.
